RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
United States: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.
Worldwide: International customers are also responsible for return shipping costs. Please ensure the package is securely packed to avoid any damage during transit.

Receive Authorization: Our team will provide you with return authorization and instructions on how to return your item.
Ship the Item: Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided in the return authorization. Please include a copy of the original invoice or order confirmation.
REFUND PROCESS
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
